Overview
Our team of experts provides a full array of support to our federal customers including customer service and helpdesk support, training, and on-call federal HR subject matter experts who can provide HR transactional support and guidance on federal HR rules and regulations, workflow management, case management, and HR case processing.
Since federal HR rules are complex, we work with each agency to gain appropriate clearances for our ESMC personnel in order to provide the required support. Located in Falls Church, VA, EMSC delivers the full suite of federal HR services for any federal government agency.
Key Features & Benefits of EMSC
The primary EMSC technology used is EconSys’ proprietary sofware, FedHR Navigator, which provides the necessary tools required to support federal government agencies. The platform enables EconSys to provide an end-to-end federal HR services and technology solution.
In order to accomplish our customers’ missions, we are often supplementing our use of specific FedHR Navigator modules with other agency systems and thus, remain agnostic. Each agency selects the particular technology modules, HR services and support that is needed, and EconSys delivers the requested software and services quickly and efficiently.
